Team Pickleball, LLC — Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teampickleball.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is deemed acceptable, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the return shipping cost via your original payment method. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition, additional costs may be assessed. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as "Final Sale" or "Open Box" items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items as well as gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
