1. Information We Collect

The information we gather depends on how you interact with our Services. We collect information in three primary ways: (1) information you provide directly to us, (2) information collected automatically through technology, and (3) information obtained from other sources.

Information You Provide to Us
When you use our Services, you may provide certain information directly to us. For instance, we collect information when you place an order, create an account, leave a review, contact us, participate in referral programs, or subscribe to our marketing emails. Common types of information we collect include:

  • Contact and Account Information: such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and login credentials.
  • Financial and Transaction Information: such as billing and payment details (processed by our payment processor), and purchase and transaction history.
  • Customer Service Interactions: such as messages submitted through online forms or email, and phone interactions with our customer service team.
  • User-Generated Content: such as reviews, ratings, questions, photos, or other content that may be publicly visible.
  • Survey and Sweepstakes Information: such as your interests, preferences, demographic data (e.g., gender), photos and videos, and information needed to participate and receive incentives or prizes.

Information Collected Automatically
Like many websites and apps, we automatically collect certain information about the devices you use to access our Services. This includes data such as IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, search terms, and general location information (e.g., city/state from IP).

We and our vendors use "cookie" technology and other online tools, like web beacons and pixels, to gather this information. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that hold data about your use of our Services. This helps us improve customer service and enhance our website's features by remembering your preferences and activities. Cookies may also track cart activity to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

We and third-party analytics and advertisement partners may use the information collected through cookies to analyze your use of our Services and deliver personalized ads on our site and other platforms. This technology helps control ad frequency, deliver relevant ads, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your settings to block certain cookies. However, blocking all cookies might impact your ability to perform certain transactions or access certain features of our Services.

Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as business partners, marketers, researchers, data analytics firms, social networks, and other parties to help us enhance our records.

If you access our Services via a third-party website, app, or social media platform (e.g., Instagram or Facebook), we may receive information about you from those services depending on their data practices and your settings. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Third-Party Pixels and Cookies
When you visit our website, log in, register, or open an email, cookies, ad beacons, and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to link these activities with the information they or others have about you, including your email address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
